Eagles Nest Primary School (Kampala)
Our Eagles Nest Primary (Kampala) school is currently home to over three hundred students. These students come from all over east Africa, mainly Uganda, South Sudan, Rwanda, Somalia, Kenya, and Burundi. The Ages of our students range from 4 years old to 13 years old. Our Primary School is registered with the Ugandan government and is qualified to carry out national exams under the Uganda Examination board (UNEB). This allows our students to go to any country with a certificate that is internationally recognized. There are a number of ministry opportunities available to the students. Most of the students are enrolled in our Christian dance program. They attend Thursday church which is specifically for them, and have regular counseling with teachers and volunteers. They are also part of our Sunday school program and are ministered to daily by our pastors and volunteers. It was the first school started under Eagles Nest ministries in the early 1990s. The majority of the students that come to this school come from Muslim backgrounds.
Eagles Nest Secondary school (Kampala)
Eagles nest Secondary School is currently home to 3 to 4 hundred Students. These students come from all over east Africa, mainly Uganda, South Sudan, Rwanda, Somalia, Kenya, and Burundi. The Ages of our students range from 13 years old to 21 years old. Our Secondary School is registered with the Ugandan government and is qualified to carry out national exams under the Uganda Examination board (UNEB). This allows our students to go to any country with a certificate that is internationally recognized. It also allows them to attend any university in Uganda. There are many ministry opportunities available to the students of Eagles nest. A Large population of our students our intercessors and pray over the school every morning and every night. Pastor Ricky Dodzweit is in charge of this ministry, he also has a daily lunch hour fellowship, where he meets with the students at 1pm every day to teach them the word. He also ministers every Friday in the schools Friday assembly. Shane Dodzweit is in charge of the school choir that is usually comprised of almost 20 to 30 students. He also directs the school dance, and drama program that involves between 50 to 60 students. The students all attend Sunday church service every Sunday and many attend weekly bible studies. Every year the students have an opportunity to be baptized.
Eagles Nest Primary School (Nakalanda)
Eagles Nest Primary school (Nakalanda) is currently home to over three hundred students. This school serves the village population of Naklanda and its surrounding villages. It is under the management of two American Missionaries’. Steven and Stephanie Bredesen from Oklahoma, they raise money to feed, provide clothing, and provide scholastic material for all the children that come to the school. The students that come to this school attend day classes and return home in the evening. The Bredesens also deliver food and other supplies to the families and neighbors of the students.
Eagles Nest Medical Clinic
Eagles Nest Medical clinic is located on Nakalanda Island and serves the people of Nakalanda and its surrounding villages. It is managed by Steven and Stephanie Bredesen. It has assisted in the births of many of the mothers in that area. Every month, with the help of volunteers they invite all members of the community to the clinic for a free jigger removal from the feet of the villagers. They also periodically visit the homes of the people in the community to fumigate their homes.
Eagles Nest Churches
Eagles Nest Ministries has planted over 300 churches all over Uganda with its main headquarters in Kampala. These churches serve their communities not only with biblical teaching but relief as well. Conferences are held periodically in the areas these churches are located in. Help is needed to complete the structures of these churches and provide basic materials for them to carry out their missions.
Kindle College
Kindle College is a bible study program that serves 30 to 40 pastors every year. This program helps pastors to be able to teach sound doctrine to their congregations. A kindle is given to each pastor upon graduation. Pastor Ricky Dodzweit is the Headmaster of this program and Pastor Ron Auc and Ron Reiser provide the information and Kindles for the program.
